Order Processing 
4CTIVE LTD dedicated Customer Care team works hard to process orders, so any order placed before 12pm GMT time is processed within 24 hours after we receive it.

Fulfilment Hours of Operation 
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT time.
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

Editing Orders 
Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address.
